Its not very often in life I get to meet and chat for a few hours with artists of Rod Mc Nicol’s calibre ( 2012 Australian National Photographic Portrait Prize Winner) – whom is based in Melbourne. Meeting Rod in an instant, I understood that this was the beginning of a very meaningful visit and new friendship. Rod’s studio is shrouded with the colours that influence the styling of his portrait works. Rather than go into length – I have been allowed to share a sneak peek into Rod’s personal STUDIO environment. If I could have put it in my pocket and take it home – I would have.
