Last Friday I received a phone call from the U.K. to urgently assist that weekend- in the illustration of a story book by a child author from Papua New Guinea for The Voices of Future Generations Childrens book series – a Partnership with The United Nations. This book would go to print on the Monday.
I created some illustrations to compliment the child authors story over the weekend. These images were published in a first round of printed books – to be launched at the United Nations World’s Children Summit on Sustainable Development Goals in New York City USA September 2015. All the winning child authors from around the world were flown in to New York City to receive their awards for their story submissions weekend September 18th.
