During the event, Guests were asked to sign their name and write a word that reminds them of home, to create a silhouette of the house, and a path home.
Here is the painting delivered to “ Rosies Drop-In Centre” Southport, with Wendy C. (centre right) and volunteer staff. This was a “community collaborative word art painting” designed and donated by Gold Coast Artist Charleen Morris, created ‘Live’ with the help of all the guests who attended the “ Forget Me Not – Spring Luncheon” 16th September 2014 , a charity fundraiser for Rosies – organised by a group of students studying Event Management at Ashmore TAFE.
