These paintings commissioned as part of the Commonwealth Games Beautification Project. Each image represents an aspect of the area of Biggera Waters City of Gold Coast, which can be seen on 16 Power Poles along main strectch of the Commonwealth Games Torch path route.

From left to right : Image 1 represents the Red Ironbark tree commonly found in Biggera Waters. Biggera is the Indigenous Yugambeh language word for Red Ironbark.

Image 2 represents the mangroves around Biggera Creek

Image 3 represents the broadwater of Biggera Waters .

Image 4 combines aspects of all 3 previous images with a juxtaposed map of the area.
